Kenny Rogers Plastic Surgery – Not Happy With The Results

Kenny Rogers – Was it Really That Bad?

The famous singer wanted to look young again, and that is why he decided to go under the knife – But was he satisfied with the results in the end? Apparently not so much. After the surgery his skin was looking very tight and plastic. Not a good job by the doctors.

Who is Kenny Rogers?

Kenny Rogers

He was born on August 21, 1938 in Texas. Rogers is one of the most popular country artists of all time, with a career spanning over 60 years. Rogers started to perform in the 1950s with “The Scolars”.

After changing several groups, and having some success, Kenny decided it was time to move on, and started his solo career in 1976. This was a terrific decision, as he started making hit after hit, also having major success as a producer for other bands, most notably “BeeGees”. This amounted to his huge net worth of $250 million, and this number can continue to climb, as Rogers does not seem to slow down.

The rumors are that Kenny Rogers had surgeries mentioned below.

If people want to remain successful in Hollywood, they have to constantly reinvent themselves. This is not an easy task for many, and because of the inability to change, their fame declines. This also happened to Kenny Rogers in the 1990s, so he decided that it was time for a change, and he started from his physical appearance. Unlike many other celebrities, Rogers never denied the rumors of plastic surgeries. Furthermore, he also claimed that the results were not as good as he was hoping for.

Rogers started lightly, with a few Botox injections, just to rejuvenate the skin. He expected it would make him look fresher, and young. But, the results were not as impressive, as they left him looking basically the same. That is why he later decided to try some more invasive procedures.

Perhaps it was the desire to look good for his younger wife that made Rogers take these extreme measures. He opted for a full facelift procedure. Because of this, his skin looked tight and had that plastic look that people try to avoid. Around his eyes there are now no more wrinkles, however, skin looks awfully stretched in that area. After the procedure, Rogers received more Botox treatments in hope to iron out the small imperfections, but did not succeed in this intent.

The singer publicly admitted he was not happy with the results, even calling it a disaster. This interview hit the front pages as the news of botched surgery spread like wild fire. Some years later, his skin began to naturally wrinkle again, so all of his efforts were in vain. Even worse than before the procedure is the fact that now, his face did not look natural, but still had wrinkles and imperfections. A classic case of a bad plastic surgery.

Autobiography Book

Kenny Rogers published an autobiography. In that book he opened his soul, admitting that his plastic surgery was a big mistake. In the book, we also learn that his father was an alcoholic, and that relationship with him was always rocky. Growing up in a poor environment did not help the case either. Rogers was married five times, and in the book we can see just how it all upset him. In the end, he found his luck and married Wanda Miller, for who he claims, is his soul mate.

Kenny Rogers plastic surgery is a prime example of a procedure gone wrong. He tried to look as young as possible, but went too far, and it ended up totally different from what he planned. That is the main theme we come across with failed plastic surgeries.

It is important to be patient, and not try to mend every single thing immediately. It is always better to have many smaller procedures, than a massive one. A lot of small operations can be successful, while big ones tend to go out of hand, which Kenny Rogers felt on his own skin.
